Sal Escalante Primo Construction is a Horrible Contractor just scamming people

This contractor Sal Escalante came to my house to bid an electrical addition to my house. He had a pretty good price so I hired him to do a job, gave him half of the money up front. This was a big mistake because I couldn't get back in touch with him for over a month although he was supposed to start 2 days after I hired him. After I finally reached him he had a thousand excuses and refused to give my money back. Feeling like I had no choice I had him come out a couple of days later to start the job. It was obvious that he didn't really know what he was doing. After a few hours on the job with his crew of "gangsters" that he brought to help him with the work I couldn't take it any longer and fired him. He refused to give my money backand left the electrical panel in my house in shambles. I didn't have elctricity for days until I had to hire a real contractor to come do the work. He was a nightmare. Whatever you do STAY CLEAR OF Sal with Primo Construction!!!
