Everything I read about Primo Vacations and Primo Travel is shaky. And anyone who would hire Fred Siller without checking into his background can't be on the level themselves. I see lotsa people on the internet trying to promote Primo and an equal number that have been ripped-off by them. But if Fred Siller is involved, that kinda seals the deal. Send Primo or Fred Siller money and you probably will never see it again.
