Ripoff, dishonest, unprofessional, uncooperative, scam

Quality movers picked up my belongings in Illinois on December 18. It was to be delivered to New Jersey 10 days after I notified them on Feb 5th. The delivery did not come until Feb 23rd.

Much worse was the damage done to my furniture. It almost seems deliberate. Everything was wrapped & loaded properly in Illinois. When it arrived in NJ, the mattress was strapped to the back of the truck, and on the inside, everything was thrown on top of each other. As the movers unloaded, they dropped and shattered an expensive speaker followed with "opps you'll have to count that against me". A few minutes later, a picture was then dropped off the edge of the truck. As they continued to unload my items, each unwrapped piece had some damage to it. Some unrepairable, others repairable at some cost. The insurance is $0.60/lbs - not even close to covering the cost of repair/replacement. Now I am stuck with $11,000 worth of damaged furniture as this company continues to operate without any responsibility.
