Broken Furniture Over Charge

Budget Van lines is a broker firm that cheats people. They guarantee safe delivery of your items, but your furniture comes in broken peices. They loaded my stuff into one truck and when my furniture arrived it came in a different truck. With my mattress tied at the back of the truck dripping wet. I couldn't believe my eyes. And when you try to get some of your money back with so called free insurance they stop answering your calls.

Also along with that Federal Movers which is the actual movers that does the actual move is worthless as well. I have been quoated a price for my move by Budget Van lines but was charged more eventhough I was within the estimated weight limit.

I am still trying to get some of my money back from them and it has been more than 3 months since my move.

If you are looking for movers DO NOT deal with this company or Federal Movers.
