LOW LIFE BASTARDS AT MCI have collectors harrassing me for 3000.00 dollars, although I NEVER got a correct bill Washington DC

A couple years ago in I signed up for a cell phone. Of course, like most of the other people on this board, I never got a bill for it until months later. I had a suspicious feeling that something was not right and I never got any itemized bills. So, I harrassed customer service until I got an explanation of the bills, but of course I was unsuccessful. I tried persistently to get an explanation until I just couldn't deal with it anymore and gave up. FAst forward to I now have a collection agency harrassing me to pay a bill for over 3000.00! Since I never got any bills to begin with, is it possible for me to get an itemized bill 2 years later? I've called customer service and they're no help whatsoever.
