Awful experience

Simply discovered they did not provide funeral plants to my closest friend's fatheris support allegedly simply because they could not look for a florist in Oakhurst to complete it. I discover that difficult to think. They didnot bother informing me this data till following the support began, and so I didnot have the choice of attempting different paths myself. The supervisor was slightly apologetic in the many and agreed to contact my buddy and inform her that I did so attempt to purchase plants. I stated somehow I questioned that after likely to her father's memorial, she'd wish to keep in touch with some idiotic individual about why she did not get plants. They currently charged my card-but guaranteed me it'd be acknowledged instantly. I'm going to be making another evaluation if that does not occur and I believe I'll also contact the BBB. Avoid these folks!!!
