Complaint about poor store management

I had a problem with hollister store in lenox about my daughter's wallet i spoke to two manger Steven and Chris which both of them were very rouied and refuse to address the matter at hand. I am a very good customer and spend to much money there to not get the up most respect and best customer service available and i feel like they could have tried alot harder to see if they could better serve me i am expecting something in replace to my daughter's lost.
