Daniel Douglas his wife stole my paycheck filed for divorce, Now he doesn't want to pay me

Daniel came up to me last Friday, instead of handing me a paycheck, he told me his wife stole my money. I told him I was broke and had bills to pay and I needed fuel for my truck. He handed me 300.00 and drove off.

He will not answer his phone. On emails he remarks but doesn't answer the questions you ask. He did provide me with a number for his new secretary. I called her, she told me I would have to contact his wife on some of the runs and that he wasn't going to pay in the same way we agreed on. That if I persued this matter in court she would not even try and write my check at all.

They owe me for some May runs and all of Junes and that "full bleed" Louisana boy better realize I know this is not the first time he has done this to someone but I am going to do my best to warn people about him. As far as everything else in the great state of Texas we have laws to protect people like me from people like him and I plan on using them
