Switched my gas supplier without my consent, lied to my wife, who doesn't speak English well to manipulate her answers., CT

I was switched to MXEnergy.com as a gas supplier without my consent. When called the company,
I was told that someone from my household did the switch. What I found is that the agent hired by MXEnergy visited my home when I was at work and talked to my wife. She doesn't speak English well (she's less than a year in a country),
she can hardly understand what people say directly to her, not to mention over the phone. Even I had a problem understanding the company operator when listened to a tape yesterday, and I leave here in US for more than 15 years. My wife told the agent that he would need to call and talk to me, but the agent insisted it wasn't important to
talk to me and she could answer few simple questions herself. Then he called the company and started switching process. The company operator got all information from him, my wife gave him our utility bill, and then operator asked him to give the phone to my wife. He sure did, and what a nice guy he was, he even helped her to decide when to answer "yes" by telling her -
"You should say yes now". He kept the speaker on, so he could control the conversation. This can't be right, this must be illegal, this is so outrageous - it must be banned by law. I will do everything in my power to fight this in and
out of the court and will do my best that this information will be all over the internet.
