Incorrpass. Collection@gmail.com They claimed they put some money in my checking account last year a pay advance

This company began calling me and my wife last year around the holidays. They said they put 800.45 dollars in my account. I told them first of all I don't now who you are and secondly if someone put $800 in my account I would know about it, I live paycheck to paycheck. They began to ask me is my name such and such, do my account end in this and that, and is my birthdate this. Is my E-mail this. I said wait a minute you all could have gotten this information off of the internet when I was applying for things. That does not mean you put anything in my account. I told them they need to contact M.E.C.U. Bank to find out where ever their money is because, it sure was not placed in my account.

First of all if they wired money into my account the Bank will have a record of it. Secondly they should have had a signed authorization paper from a computer with the date and time and web address it was sent from, and a computer that I have access to. Third the bank will automatically send the payday load back to them on the date repayment is due.

They tried the same scam with my wife, but when she told them, she don't have an e-mail account they stopped calling.

When congress start addressing these scams and make laws to give these people serious jail time this will stop. People apply for a lot of things on the internet, and these people think if they get a little intel on people they can make bogus claims. They should have them come to court to collect and lock them up and throw away the keys.
