They have charged my son's account 59.00, twice and have done nothing. When I called to complain I got a very rude man who yelled, and when I asked his name he hung up on me

This company was supposed to help my son find out if he was the father of a baby boy, which he believes he is. The mother of the child claims the child is not his, when for the whole time she was pregnant and living with him, said he was. Once the child was born and she started receiving benefits from the state of Massachusetts, she is nowhere to be found. My son called this company hoping they could help. I did not see the paperwork that he signed, but they have done NOTHING to help him. When I called to complain about the charges to the credit card, the man was extremely rude, hollering and talking over me, and when I asked his name he hung up. I tried to call him back and my son then called and left a message. They would not answer the phone, and of course the supposed department I was supposed to straighten this out with was no in the office.

I feel this company is a scam and they should be put out of business. They are rude, not helpful, did nothing, charged my credit card and were completely unprofessional!
