Service Paid For & Never Delivered

I called and placed an order for delivery from this restaurant at exactly 2:20pm and at 2:30pm called back to cancel order. My coworker were speaking to the owner of the restaurant who refused to give his name and said that he would not reimburse my money being that i had paid with my credit card over the phone. The response was rude and immature. He continued to call and harass me by calling and asking why the order was being canceled and being that he refused to cancel the debit i asked his where the food was and he proceeded to tell me that he had sent his driver elsewhere because he was not going to waste his time with us.

He continued to be rude and hung up the phone and when i returned the call was told never to call there again and hung up on again. I again attempted to call to straighten out the matter and was told i had called and wrong number and was hung up on again. The business is completely unprofessional and the staff is immature and rude. They charged my card and the food was never delivered. No business can take your money and not render their services.
