"phony" refund check

I'd my taxes completed at H & R Block and was informed I'll be obtaining a reimbursement sign in the email. I waited for 7 days and informed I'd to hold back another 7 to 2 weeks. Lastly, my check was prepared to get, nevertheless when I went in to the workplace, I had been informed there's an issue using the check, however the worker nevertheless closed the check and offered it in my experience. I got the check to my lender and cashed it. Today, when my lender attempted to gather their cost about the check, these were informed there's "noaccount on document." The reimbursement check was driven from HSBC bank. Today I'm within the "red" with my checking account at my lender. I visited H&R Block, however the worker keeps showing me he may check up on it, however in the meantime I'm "overdrawn" in the lender and that I am being billed overdrawn fees. Our lender claims that it's not my problem, but I'm being billed costs meanwhile. Our lender attempted to analyze with this "bogus" reimbursement check, however they were informed it's none of the company. I'm in the centre of the scenario and what am I designed to do. I'm like I'm being "dismissed" and discriminated against because of my competition. Can I actually get another reimbursement check to protect due to their "bogus" check, because it is my return check.
