We bought a light installation in July which came within the incorrect end. We received an RGA# and delivered the installation. Ten weeks later, after numerouse e-mails, telephone calls and speaking using the operator who assured we'd be shipped a check by Feb. 11th, we've nevertheless not observed a cent of our cash. I have had it! We shall now be calling the BBB. Along with a 40% restocking charge should you return a product? You have to become joking!
