Patriot Properties is a scam company.

They will accept more than one application on a property so they can then pocket the "rejected" applications fees at $45 a pop, with no refund.

When called out on their greedy procedures, Office Manager Karen Ott, gave a less than concerned response that "they don't get the whole picture until applications are processed" regarding whether or not they will accept a tenant.

All "questionable" history regarding the application was explained up front and Patriot Properties encouraged us to apply only to then "reject" the applications as they take on another "more qualified" tenant. (The "reason" is sent to you via email, and our "reason" was the same "reason" we gave them in the first place before we applied.)

I would highly encourage you to not deal with this company as they obviously to not have the customer's best interest at heart.

"Apply At Your Own Risk" is what the banner on their website should read.
