I was a tenant of Progressive Properties and I totally agree with the review posted. Bob Bates is liar and a sneaky Weasel. He is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do not rent from Progressive Properties. Don't believe the hype (A rating by BBB). They will twist things around to keep your money (security deposit). Please don't fall for their lies. Don't rent any of their properties.
