Placed order for American Girl magazine in February. Web site said it would take 6-8 weeks to start. This appears to be because they accumulated orders to get discounts from publishers. After the 8 weeks, I contacted them but no answer on phone.
American Girl has no record of any contact or order placed with them. Phone is now disconnected. It appears their site still takes credit card orders. Do not... REPEAT DO NOT use this service. You will be paying for nothing and waiting too long to dispute the charge once you know you've been ripped off.
