They took my money, but never sent the magazine I ordered

I ordered the American Girl magazine from this company 1/25. It was told I should receive the magazine within 9-12 weeks. I forgot about it for a while, and I never received anything. I have tried to contact the company, and they appear to have dissapeared. Along with my money and that of others too.
