Bad customer service

Poor Customer Support! Ghetto! And really should be shut down or employ brand new workers such as the supervisor. They do not actually welcome you whenever you enter the shop, No eye-contact when talking with clients. Our AT&T acct was screw up after I purchased a telephone from their website. Long story short, Radio shack didn't back-date my support with at&t hence which makes it seem like I simply register with AT&T securing me under a brand new agreement t/o informing me. I'd need to spend 175.00 to stop with at&t easily did not need the support anymore. They do not demonstrate or clarify concealed agreements they've through the shop. Easily needed to provide one-word that'll name Woodstock, GA area: UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I'll never store as of this area again!!!
