Terrible experience

I purchased an nTelos air-card along with a twelve months support agreement from the regional dealership near Smith Mountain Lake VA. It is only over twelve months and that I named to stop the support. They stated I had been registered for just two years. I obviously didn't subscribe to 24 months but don't have any method to show that I had been ignorant the nearby shop had input me like a 2-year agreement. NTelos wouldn't help me. They're getting me a cancelleation charge of $175. It was a fraud. No body questioned me to register for just two years. They did it without my understanding it. I'd never conduct business together again. The support continuously slipped me. It wasn't a trusted link. And today to discover they cheated me to get a 2-year agreement without informing me. Exactly what a complete rip-off. Avoid the corporation!
