In two distinct weeks I obtained a $40 Metro Card that study "Invalid" from Wageworks. Named customer support numerous occasions and got switched off. They served unresponsibly and explained to go up with NY Transit Authority. NYTA explained to go up with Wageworks. At this time I am considering rescheduling the whole membership.
