Fraudulently re-billing customers for previously-documented items in flexible spending account

Caution to wageworks clients: wageworks easily dates back and invalidates for re-evaluation, flexible spending account items which were completed months ago (eg. Start of the year), even when they were previously documented and resolved.

In doing this, then they go to request payment for the disputed quantity, possibly within the hopes the employee doesn't anymore have copies of the bills.

*unfortunately for wageworks, i digitize anything, therefore getting the receipts from 9 weeks era aren't an issue*

In my own particular situation, the total amount was for an ambulance fee for a well known hospit
