Alot of broken promises

Travel By Owner contacted me about selling my timeshare, I told them right from the beginning that I was not going to give them any money. They tolld me that they make their money off the the interest charged to the buyer.
I agreed to list with them. A few days later I was contacted again and told that they have a buyer so i asked what the next step was? I was told that I had to pay for a title search i agreed and paid them $1195.00 and it would take no longer to close than 90 days.
Well 90 days came and went and I would call and get the run around. Then I was told that the buyers had a lien against them that had to be cleared before they could get financing. I was also told that the buyers put down 20% of the selling price which would be paid to me if they could not get financed.
This all started in March so it has been 15 months now. Back in August I was told that the buyers had a year till that year came then I was told they have 18 months! Only 3 months to go and I'm sure I will be told that the time has been extended. I have contacted the Florida Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint and also the division of consumers services and file a complaint with them also. Their lies have to stop!!! Something has to be done so these companies stop ripping people off!!!
