Travel Buy Owner told me that the deposit was put in escrow account and if buyer didnt qualify for a loan, then I would receive the downpayment of $4,760.00

I was contacted regarding a couple that wanted to purchase my timeshare. They supposedly put a downpayment of 4,760.00 into escrow with TBO properties and I needed to pay 1500.00 to list the property. The escrow was to be sent to me if the sale fell through. This began October & I am till trying to get either payment for the property or the Escrow monies sent to me. Constant excuses about buyers having a lien, can take up to 18 months maximum, etc etc. Now they just don't even return my calls - it has been 22 months since this began. I am now going to the Florida Attorney Genarals office to file a report of scam on this company.
