Ordered a LG Imprint online which came with no SD card. Shipping information email gave a phone number to call which was a phone tree with no options regarding my problem, so kept pushing numbers until I got a person who told me she had nothing to do with that problem, to go to www.metropcs.com/service, and who took my information promising to have someone call me. URL took me to a "Track you order" option which was useless. No one called. No email contacts on Web page. No one to talk to, so mailed a letter to Dallas, 3/8, informing them I was sending the phone back, why, and wanted a refund. FedEx delivered and phone was accepted by B Jolly 3/11. Now 3/24 and no refund nor response from MetroPCS. As far as I can tell this company has no Customer Service Dept. That can be contacted for problems!
