No refund

I purchased my air travel ticket in September. Our trip was terminated from the Flight your day before starting, 4th December 10. I eventually obtained my reimbursement from emailflights.com on 28th March sixteen months later! It was after several telephone calls, e-mails along with a closing notice backed by trading requirements.
