I purchased 6 MR16 lamps via a store out of this organization to become utilized in track light. Doctor BROUGHT encourages it is lamps as sustained 50,000 hours. All six of these failed within six months. Their disappointment was steady. I invested over $130 on these lamps, and so I published Doctor BROUGHT planning to return them in guarantee. They declined, informing me I'd bought them longer than annually before. I showed them the bill, that was obviously 8 weeks before, after which they explained I had a need to spend $5 per-light, plus delivery. I reported the lights were faulty, plus they explained I ought to have purchased Cree lamps, some newer technology. The corporation intentionally offered me faulty lamps and was violent in my experience after I complained about this. Our advice is always to prevent the corporation. Their lamps were garbage, as well as their guarantee was worse, but their perspective in my experience, a person, was actually worse than that.
