Subcontractors not paid: Bolsters AIC bottom line

AIC Facilities Management has a swanky web site and touts longevity and professionalism. Its CEO is highlighted with his Military service to our country, and I thank him for that, but this honor falls flat in the manner that my company was treated. I have read other postings and discern that indeed, AIC uses non payment as a matter of standard business practice.

We have open invoices that will not be paid. Like the other poor fellow who wrote in this forum, I too have been paid in the past: always 45,60, 90 and 120 days, but paid non the less.

My company has completed the work, secured the required sign off sheet from the retail facility and submitted as requested. Still no payment.

AIC hides behind layers of departments and blind numbers and locations. I would warn all vendors inclined to do business with AIC to pass on the work request.
