Non-Payment for Services Rendered

AIC Facilities Management Inc. Hires contractors to perform work for their customers. Their terms are net 45-60 days. Our company has been servicing AIC's clients since July. They have always been extremely slow to pay, always late but at least they payed.

That is until now. We have submitted several invoices that are now way overdue, the oldest being 140 days from date of completion. We've submitted several statements and numerous e-mails to the billing dept. The receptionist refuses to give out a direct phone number or name of an account representative, instead transferring to a voicemail that is not answered or followed up. The few e-mail responses from the billing dept. Are signed "Billing" with no phone number.

Be extremely weary of doing business with AIC Facilities Management Inc.
