ScoreSense scam, How to get a refund

After noticing two unauthorized debits from my bank account from Scoresence I decided to do my research on the company. I don't have to tell you what I found, if you are reading this you are familiar with my story. I will tell you how I got approval on a refund from the company. First, do your research, write down key phrases, (scam, did not provide services promised, will dispute with bank/cc company), "take notes from all those you spoke with. Second, ask to speak with a Supervisor regarding a refund, don't waste your time with the guy that answers the phone, he has no authority. Once you get the Supervisor tell him your story and then make sure you use the key points, he will try to talk you out of you scam claim, make sure you say they did not provide the services promised, tell him you are disputing charges with your bank if you don't get the refund, make sure you ask him to make notes in your account of the call. If he will not approve WHILE YOU ARE ON THE PHONE, then firmly state you want to talk to the Head Supervisor that has direct contact with One Technologies, they are the Scammers!!! By then you will get a Supervisor in the states that works for One Technologies, he was super friendly and immediately approved the refunds, gave me his name, employee id and said the refund will be in my account in 3-5 days. I called three times, and was on the phone for over 45mins, but I got the approval! I hope to see this company on Dateline being investigated for this scam!!!
