Terrible Experience

I had a terrrible experience with BMR. I paid these jokers 40K and got a big white streak through the bottom of my Pebbletec that runs just about the entire lenght of the pool. I refused to make final payment until completion and they stopped all work. After giving up and agreeing to pay, they sent their muscle over at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning to pick up the final check. They finished the pool and I didn't see them for two months. I finally got Mike Lindley on the phone and he just blew me off. Never even got a final walkthrough. Over the last 2 years, I have met at least 6 others that had similar experiences. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
