1 year and half later, pool still not finished but 99 pct paid!

We signed our contract with Nationwide Pool July. Basic free form pool.

This is November and our pool is still not completed. Meanwhile NWP is advertising in local newspapers guarantee 45 days completion date, swim in your pool this summer etc.

It took NWP pool 8 months to get the proper permit with our city. We could check every details through the e-permit web site, and it was obvious that their office staff is very disorganized.

Finally they started digging beg. Of May the project manager was rarely on site for supervising the contractor's work, which caused lots of errors in the completion of the project. He mainly showed up for collecting payments. Every single intermediate inspection with the city failed and had to pass more than once.

We took and equity loan last year for the pool and have paid a lot of interest since, and all we have gotten for our money so far was a messy front yard and back yard.

On 10/02, when we made our final large payment, Keith Stuart gave us his word that we will be swimming in the pool in 2 weeks.

Today is 11/24. That's more than 7 weeks, and still counting.
