Nobody Beats Mitch Sells us a dirty mattress with a hole in it and refuses to fix and blames US for the damage!

These people are scammers that prey on people, especially the elderly.

My mother just spent $600 in mattresses there. One set was delivered damaged and we didn't know until we opened them up. When my husband called, he was told by the GM that she had signed off on them that she inspected them with the delivery guys (I was there when they were delivered... NO ONE inspected them with her like they were supposed to!) He then accused my husband of doing the damage himself.

Then my husband speaks with Mitch himself and HE accused us of doing it also! So my husband got angry and called him a few choice words. We complained to the BBB and Mitch came right out and said he will do NOTHING to help her! All he kept doing was harping on the fact my husband told him where to go... And kept skirting the real issue... The DIRTY mattress with a hole in it!

Then he tried to say that my husband claimed to have drug the mattresses into another room.
