Relocation Unprofessional, rip - offs

I am writing this as I truly feel that I have been shaken down by this firm and that I did not receive the service that I
was quoted. I had no choice but to pay the amount collected as I would otherwise have had risked my cargo. But I am extremely frustrated by not only the exorbitant prices charged for the boxes (that had been promised would be free) but in addition the fact that proper boxing was not used for the TV resulting in it's screen being broken. I put a good deal of effort in trying to relay this properly to the company, in the hopes that your firm realize the wrong doing.

Here are the facts:
- The person who came out to do the quote told me that he founded the company (after he retired from the police) and that I should call him if anything should come up. He wrote his name (James) and number (347.386.2422) on the Probable Cost of Services receipt that he left with me.
