I'm completely disgusted with their support. I purchased plants however ended the purchase actually 10 minutes after. I spoke to some lady and he or she established my termination therefore obviously I believed it experienced right? In 2 times, I get a text from my employer saying thanks for that blossoms... Whaat???

To begin with, I'd requested the blossoms to become SAME-DAY shipping on Friday however they came on Friday. Exactly what the heck? Additionally, I currently ended the purchase

They claim please to call-back in 24 hours. Then another twenty four hours. Subsequently 48 hours. Then they claim they truly are SOOOOOO hectic that they require the weekend to examine all of the calls. Obviously, I am alone calling back. And so I call on Friday plus they haven't "reached my phone" however, despite the fact that I supplied the full time & day. I simply got off the telephone together (Wednesday) plus they are providing me exactly the same tale. I really believe they're shirking my calls and wishing that I Will simply forget anything.

Exactly What A load of BS. I told the lady, Kerry (since evidently their titles are so freaking essential) to inform Wanda the "supervisor" to provide me a phone. Provide. Me. Our. Contact. Itis not really about my cash anymore, itis about theory and terrible company conduct.

Interesting thing too, I described within an email they had such poor evaluations as well as their reaction was "nicely obviously, just the POOR reviews-get put online." O TRULY? Think about all the 4-5 star opinions on Yelp? Do they not issue? Exactly what a foolish reaction. That is just how a merchant might react to their terrible opinions. It has been 14 days and that I've named each day, speaking with Mike E. Kerry, Melissa, Wanda and Katie. (OH YES, I got everybody's titles next.) They stated that I never named (OH TRULY. USED TO DO ALL THIS SINCE I AM LYING?) which nothing can occur.

They provide you a $30 credit for the "next purcahse" and that I just laugh. You people are horrible. I spoke towards the "greatest" individual in control who cannot move. The following greater individual up is Wesley himself.
