In retrospect I should checked the reviews for this company before I placed my order but I did not because I was in a hurry. I ordered the flowers at about 1 am on Thursday morning to be delivered to a business in downtown DC and paid for same day delivery. I submitted an email address and therefore expected a delivery confirmation. It was about 2pm when I decided to track my order. The website tracker. I was thanked for my order but told the florist had not yet submitted a delivery confirmation. However I was told that my order could be tracked internally if I submitted a request. I was assured I would hear from someone within an hour. This was not the case. I kept checking hourly until the end of business hours to no avail. At about 9am this morning I called From You Flowers am requested a refund as the flowers had not been delivered. I was informed by the Customer Service Assistant that the flowers had been delivered at 3pm to the front desk but the driver was needed to provide his signature confirmation and he would not be in till midday. I was assured a call back and went back to waiting. At 2pm I called again and the response was still that florist had not responded. When I expressed my frustrations to the CSA her response was that for my future orders, that florist would not be used. What future orders? First of all why use them if they obviously do not maintain standard business practices. I wish I has looked up the reviews before ordering because all the negative reviews are true.
