I visited the Santa Anita Mall to consider Easter images of my Granddaugher, in The image People. I WILL never get there AGAIN. First they mightnot find my appoitment after which I was informed they could match me in but I Would need to delay... (That Is good)

When it had been time for you to consider us back my daughter-in-law was informed we're likely to consider you into this space. She wasn't welcomed like every additional client was, using the Shooter providing their title and looking to get a for exactly what the images might contain. Virginia (supervisor) and Stephanie (shooter) were therefore rude, I was informed we just had 20 minute to get a program, the session was not even that. This is actually the toughest location actually to get images.

No surprise the organization is certainly going under. They have to employ more customer-friendly people.
