We put an order for four products via ATG site on 2/27. We obtained many improvements telling us that products had delivered. A tap (Mico Designs Ltd) accessibility wasn't established from the merchant with no anticipated ship day was mentioned on 3/1; 3/2. No mail changes were obtained for that tap. We named on 3/8 and spoke with a representative, Jason, who could not confirm a ship date. He informed us he might look at the problem and phone people 24 hours later (and deliver a contact with additional tap options) since we were nervous to accomplish our task. We desired to purchase an alternate and desired to stop them. No-call or e-mails were obtained 24 hours later. We called back on 3/10 and sent. We named and were informed that people might decrease shipping and could be acknowledged to the consideration. We waited for months after which named the organization again for many type of verification of the rejected shipping. They established they had the tap and might provide us a credit for half the price of the tap (because we rejected the cargo). I told the repetition (John) that people were informed to decrease it (Monty) which (Jason) was considering an alternate. We received a contact today recognizing a of credit (half the total amount) since we didn't get agreement. We're really annoyed since we did contact and were informed the actions to consider. We recognize the tap comes with A - 25% restocking charge and were prepared to spend that quantity. Nevertheless, we adopted the methods they offered us and needed to spend a-50% restocking charge.inadequate support, no control between reps along with a very unhappy client. I highly motivate customers to appear elsewhere to buy, given that they didn't follow-through in the customers cost.
