Abusive service

Our tenant had an alarm placed on his house after which defaulted about the funds. It visited selections and turned up on my credit history, apparantly since I am who owns the house. After I named Anderson Crenshaw and comfortably attempted to discover how and just why this occurred and just how to solve it I had been fulfilled with completely abuse. Our mind was skating I had been so confused by their perspective and excessive disrespect. I suppose being truly a variety company they anticipate misuse therefore instantly join the unpleasant, but their therapy of me while I had been ostensibly on the fact-finding mission was inexcusable. After I requested to obtain info on the initial agreement owner to learn how I turned accountable for this statement they stated they did not have that info and may not support me. Our only choice was to pay for the statement myself. They stated easily achieved it could be removed of my credit history but declined to provide me something written down to ensure that. I had been used in a level ruder boss, that we couldnot think was feasible, who stated these were not really a 'fictional organization' and so couldnot send me the notice I had been seeking. Without permitting me to express another term she stated, 'possess a good evening' and suddenly hung-up on me.
