Anderson Crenshaw and Associates - Quantum Alarm Company reported false information on my credit report

My wife and I lived at a residence for over 3 years (1997). Upon moving in to the residence, we signed on with Quantum alarm on a 3 year contract.By the time we moved, the Alarm Company contract had expired, so we owed nothing more. I recently pulled my credit report to find that Anderson Crenshaw & Unscrupulous Associated had placed a collection of $2000 on my credit report. They were very harassing in their phone calls. They refuse to provide a copy of the contract.
