Cheated on sales tax when return was refunded

Went in to do a return producing receipt as required. Was asked to give phone # and address and when I refused to give address I was shouted at and said it was mandatory for doing returns. No wonder identity theft is on the rise in AZ. And to add insult to injury, found out later at home that they had cheated me of 2 cents off of the sales tax when they did the refund.

They not only cheated me but our govt. Coz they get to pocket the 2 cents themselves. Can you imagine how much they have pocketed with all the returns done year after year and no one has noticed or reported it?
