My husband contacted company because mother was having leak in laundry room. He spoke to a young lady about issue and was told that they would try to have someone come out. He was told that they would check and call back. About 45 mins later her received a call that a technician would be going over to take a look. He was never told the cost of the service to have someone come out ($110.00). He asked that they take a look because his elderly mother had been complaining of water issues in her floor. The technician identified a leak in the hose of her washer machine and left. The water was not turned off until later that evening when it was found that after cleaning the area the entire area had flooded again. My husband goes over couple days later to find that the issue still exist he trouble shoots and finds it in fact was never the washer machine. The hot water heater is bad and leaking 70 gallons of water on to the floor. Called spoke to the owner of Cochran's about charge and non-repair all he does is try and up-sell me a new hot water heater. Totally dissatisfied and would like the BBB to investigate the practices of this company.
