Joe Vasconcelos Fraudulent Company

May paid $2000 of $3000 for assistance in having South Shore Resource Group deal with AmTrust Mortage company to facilitate mortgage loan modification. The person I was dealing with was Joe Vasconcelos. Consistantly since then I have spoken with a Tracy and a Stacy and attempted over the last year to meet and contact Joe. When on 3/22, after my mortgage was sold in November, he was on a conference call with the new mortgage company-which the rep lied to me (oddly enough I was brought into the call so Joe and the rep spoke first) and I have filed a BBB complaint with recorded call documentation - come to find out he's done nothing to help and found complaints about the same situation on -line. Come to find out its illegal to accept money for a modification service until the modification is signed and completed. Not only was I taken, but he is doing this illegally
