Calvanetta Franklin aka Frankie First Incentive Group, Loan Modificaiton Rip-off ($2500.00)

Trusted these people with my Home mortgage loan modification. They seemed so legit but actually did not one thing for me. Everything they advertised was a lie. I sent a email requesting a refund because they had not done one thing for me and Frankie Smith (aka Calvanetta Franklin - another lie) called me at 6:45am (Illegal) to proceed to scream at me telling me they were the ones who got me a loan modification. First of all I had just talked to my mortgage company and they told me they were putting everyone who applied on a temp. Loan modification until all paperwork could be processed. They also said they did not get a signed release from me (which First Incentive Group said they faxed) so they could not discuss my acct. With anyone but me. Second, they told me they could get my percentage dropped by at least 3-4 % points. I negotiated with them when I saw the FIG had done nothing and they agreed to a 1% decrease in my loan. I spoke to another person, Steve, after the business removed their website from the internet and he said they would not refund my money because I violated the contract by contacting the mortgage company. Go figure.
