Major Scam Took $99 Registration Fee and wont return calls or emails. Cant find their "location" anywhere. Dont be fooled. Hope my CC company will stop payment. New York

I was fooled by SaveBig.com thinking I was registering for an ebay type auction website I gave my credit card number thinking I was registering it to be able to make purchases later — then got confirmation email saying $99 was charged to my credit card as registration fee. WHAT?!!
I immediately sent email from link on site that said click here if you want to cancel your registration, then called the 800 number that told me they had 48 hours to respond by email and I had to wait. Weeks later nobody ever emailed back and wont help me on phone.
So I just google searched it and see its a popular scam. I am now working with my bank to get that $99 off my charge.
I hope this company is put to an end. Wish I knew what state they were based in so I could call the Attorney General in that state and complain but there is no info at all about address
