Make one think they are registering on their site and instead charge one's credit card

I inquired about an item for sale on Craigslist. The 'seller' replied that the item had sold but directed me to this online auction... Savebig.com.
I went there, but their site would not let me view unless I registered. So, I started the process, and when I got to the last screen I realized that they were going to charge me for registering. I hit the back button and thought that would be the end of it. But it wasn't. I was informed that I had bought 'bids', for the sum of $99!
I immediately emailed and called. They said the best they could do is give me a $40 'discount', and that their terms and conditions, which one is never asked to agree to, state that there will be no refunds.
As I said, I never checked an "I agree to these terms and conditions" box, and I never confirmed my registration.
I have contacted my CC, and will be filing a charge-back claim against these scam artists.
