Ripped off and scammed by savebig.com

I was scammed for $99 to start a membership with savebig.com to bid on items... Which i was given 180 bidding credit, that was all used within 1 min. And i then had to spend $180 to purshase a bidding package for more credits, which everytime i was never able to win anything big i tried bidding on except win more bidding points to use for the website. I did win a casserole glass set which i been waiting on and recently got an email that the order could not be fulfilled and that they were refunding me my $5 and sum change this website is a rip off and im now out $279. If anyone knows about a law suit or class action pls respond with a link, thnks alot
