Ramos Towing
Overcharged

My son's truck got towed at 10:45am and finished at 11:45am on May 3rd. They told me it was 180.00 for towing and 45.00 a day. I got there at 4:45 on May 4th. They charged me 270.00 for a day and a half. I think i was wrongly charged because 6 hours is not a whole day. I asked the man about this and he started screaming at me. I told him you don't have to yell. Then i asked him to put the days date because i gave him cash on May 4th. He said he didn't have to. I said why can't you. He started to yell again. I then asked him his name he wouldn't tell me. I know i had to pay. I'm not happy about being overcharged and him thinking he could get away with it.
