Rude

We called the towing service, they took the credit card over the phone, never offered the receipt. And when engaging in conversation, ask if he knew a good mechanic. He recommended a business. They called and said the car was ready to go. Thinking of course it meant it was working again backed it out, drove few feet it died. Called the wrecking service and he was rude but said he take care of it the next morning. Again trusting him we called and he said for another $50 he would tow the car and took no responsibilty of the fact he recommended the place of business. Tried to talk with him explaining to him we trusted his opinon and understood he was going to help us out. His comment what all the fuss over $50 I explained that i was a widow fixed income and my son was in school and again we took his advice. He made a few comments on whats the big deal it was only $50 and I did finally lost my mind feeling used and abused retaliated with telling him what i thought of him. I feel he could of said sorry i can move it at a discount or something but wanted to charge us again for a tow that would have been about 5 miles. I feel if he treats other as he did us and he was picking up another automobile that had been taken to the same mechanic who i suppose couldn't fix that car either.
