Dear Sirs,

When I purchased the DirecTV system I was told there was a $89.00 rebate. I just had to pay the installers the $89.00 and as soon as I submitted proof that I was a member of DirecTV and proof that I paid the installer I would be refunded immediately.

I was approved for the rebate on 11-17-03. As of this date I still have not received my $89.00. I have contacted Prime TV LLC six times with no success.

Also I complained to DirecTV but they say they are only a sub-contractor and they have no control. The company is Prime TV this address is on Mail-in-Rebate Form, 03-55706, PO Box 028542, Miami FL 333102-8542. Or on the envelope the address says Prime TV, 1930 N. Poplar Street Suite 1, Southern Pines, N.C. 28387.
The number I was given from DirecTV was 910-693-1555 you are supposed to be able to speak to a David Hagen. Never was able to speak to any one. All recordings.

I all so have another problem, When we call we did not give them our hole create cared number, my husband only gave them the number on the front of the credit card. They asked for the last 3 numbers on the back of the card and my husband didn't have the credit card in front of him, because I gave him the numbers over the phon. He (Joe) said for get it. I will call you back when I have the information. He hung up, then a week later we get the package in the mail from Direc TV.

They also proems us Local channels on their sidelight dish and when the installer came, he told us that we did not get the write dish for our Local channels.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
